Diana Mehochko

President

Diana Mehochko leads First National Merchant Solutions. She brings vast leadership and management experience to her role as President.

Formerly the head of DMM Consulting, Inc., Diana worked with industry executives improving transaction services, developing business and product strategies and creating operational efficiencies. Diana was Chief Operating Officer for Chase Merchant Services where she oversaw all aspects of the strategic and daily operations from technical solutions to account implementations and association compliance. She also directed the Customer Service group, responding to the needs and issues of national merchants.

Diana has held various sales and sales management positions at First USA Merchant Services, First Bankcard Center of First National Bank of Omaha, and NCR Credit Corporation.

In addition to serving on the Visa Acquirers Executive Council and MasterCard's Acquirer Committee, Diana chairs the Strategic Leadership and Networking Forum. She is an active member of W.net (Women Networking in Electronic Transactions) and also sits on the Industry Relations Committee of the Electronic Transaction Association. Diana is President of the Board of Omaha's Rose Theater and sits on the Program Committee of Omaha's YWCA.



Vic Susman

Senior Vice President

In addition to leading First National Merchant Solutions day-to-day operations, Vic Susman also oversees the Client Relationship Management and Portfolio Services group.

Vic is an 11-year veteran of the merchant acquiring and financial services industries, having led operations, process improvement and business integration efforts at First Data Corporation, General Electric and Lloyds TSB. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Before his work in the financial industry Vic was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.





Brian Ridder

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Brian Ridder leads First National Merchant Solutions' team of nearly 225 Business Development employees in the generation of new relationships and revenue.

Brian began his career at First National Bank in 1990. Since joining First National Merchant Solutions in 1996, he has served as Vice President of Accounting, Product Development and Relationship and Portfolio Management. He has served on a number of industry committees from NACHA and MasterCard to Visa and the Electronic Transaction Association. Currently, Brian sits on the Visa Processors Roundtable and serves as Vice Chair of the ETA's ISO Advisory Committee. He is an adjunct professor at Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Brian is a past recipient of the Light of Wellness Award and is an active tri-athlete and marathon runner in addition to coaching youth soccer and basketball.



Scott McCormack

Vice President

Scott McCormack is responsible for the development and deployment of prepaid payment solutions from open-loop gift to payroll cards.

Since coming to First National Bank in 1993 as a service representative he has held various positions in national acquisitions marketing and business development before becoming Vice President of First National Bank's smartOne Prepaid Solutions in 1999. In 2007, the Prepaid group merged into First National Merchant Solutions, completing FNMS's payment processing solutions suite.

He is an active community volunteer serving the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, American Cancer Society, the Celiac Sprue Research Foundation and Aldrich Elementary School.



Jim Morin

Vice President, Business Innovation

As Vice President of Business Innovation, Jim Morin leads First National Merchant Solutions' Product Management and Marketing group which includes developing and expanding the company's international payment solutions.

Jim has 30 years of technology and credit card industry experience in the U.S. and overseas. Prior to joining First National Merchant Solutions in 2008, Jim led sales and development efforts at IBM that included deploying a global payments system, managing global payment operations, and leading control, compliance and process improvement projects.






Kala Tomjack

Vice President and General Counsel

Kala leads a team of attorneys and supporting staff who are responsible for First National Merchant Solutions' legal operations, including contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights, internal and external audit coordination.

Kala began her career at FNMS in 1999 as a staff attorney. Previously she held professional positions at Union Pacific Railroad, the Creighton Legal Clinic and served as a law clerk in the Douglas County District Court.

Admitted to the Bar of the State of Nebraska and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska in September 1997, Kala is a member of the Executive Committee of the Nebraska Bar Association Corporate Counsel Division.



Pat Burns

Vice President, Finance

Pat Burns joined First National in 2006. He oversees the financial operations as Chief Financial Officer of First National Merchant Solutions and First National Credit Card Center and leads initiatives that increase productivity and efficiencies for both divisions.

With more than 27 years in the credit card and consumer lending areas of banking, Pat previously held positions at Bank of New York, Mellon Bank, MBank USA and Mcorp.









Heather Hain

Business Partnering and HR Manager

Heather Hain joined First National Merchant Solutions in January 2007 as a strategy consultant. She now leads the Business Partnering group, managing the division's human resources, training, internal communications and strategy management groups. Heather keeps the division focused on our most important asset, our people, as she oversees ongoing initiatives and identifies new strategic opportunities.

Prior to joining First National, Heather worked for First Data Corporation for 14 years where she held senior leadership roles in strategic planning, change management, communications and training that drove strategy development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, communication and executive performance reporting. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

She currently serves on the board for Santa Monica House.



Paul Garcia

Vice President, Risk Management

As Vice President of Risk Management at First National Merchant Solutions, Paul Garcia oversees credit underwriting as well as monitoring transactions and all policies, procedures and systems that ensure compliance with federal, state, card association and parent company rules and regulations.

Paul chairs the Merchant Audit and Review Committee (MARC) and sits on the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Omaha's Platinum Recovery Services. He is also a member of the FNBO Credit Policy Committee.

Prior to joining FNBO, Paul held positions at FirsTier and Abbott banks.

In addition to sitting on the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IFCI) and Merchant Acquirer Committee (MAC), Paul is also a member of the Visa Risk Acquirer Working Group. He is an active volunteer for United Way and Salvation Army and chaired First National's Adopt-a-School tutoring program at Saratoga Academy.
