
Diana Mehochko leads First National Merchant Solutions. She brings vast leadership and management experience to her role as President.
Formerly the head of DMM Consulting, Inc., Diana worked with industry executives improving transaction services, developing business and product strategies and creating operational efficiencies. Diana was Chief Operating Officer for Chase Merchant Services where she oversaw all aspects of the strategic and daily operations from technical solutions to account implementations and association compliance. She also directed the Customer Service group, responding to the needs and issues of national merchants.
Diana has held various sales and sales management positions at First USA Merchant Services, First Bankcard Center of First National Bank of Omaha, and NCR Credit Corporation.
In addition to serving on the Visa Acquirers Executive Council and MasterCard's Acquirer Committee, Diana chairs the Strategic Leadership and Networking Forum. She is an active member of W.net (Women Networking in Electronic Transactions) and also sits on the Industry Relations Committee of the Electronic Transaction Association. Diana is President of the Board of Omaha's Rose Theater and sits on the Program Committee of Omaha's YWCA.



As Vice President of Business Innovation, Jim Morin leads First National Merchant Solutions' Product Management and Marketing group which includes developing and expanding the company's international payment solutions.
