HOW IT WORKS

  1. Your customer submits a payment (over the phone, through your Web site or through the mail) or a recurring payment is due.
  2. You enter the transaction information into your file or POS system (for Web transactions, your customer completes the information). At the end of the day, your POS system will route your ACH and credit card transactions to First National Merchant Solutions for processing.
  3. You will receive ACH payment with your credit card funds in one deposit. We take your transactions and submit a file to the ACH Operator (Federal Reserve).
  4. The ACH operator (Federal Reserve), submits the transactions to your customers' banks.
  5. Your customers' accounts are then debited or credited.
