System Requirements
Any IBM-compatible computer and most Macintosh computers that meet the following requirements below can access First Billing Online:

• Operating System:  Windows 95, Windows 98 or higher(NT 3.51 or 4.0 Web TV Classic and Web TV Plus do not fully support the Java Programming language.  Therefore, they may experience difficulties.)
• Modem:28.8K or higher

  • Internet Explorer (Macintosh OS 8.1 to 9.x) 5.1 or higher

How It Works
Setup is easy; simply submit a file with your customer and billing information. Once loaded successfully, you receive an acknowledgement letting you know the records were loaded successfully.

Simple Recurring Payments
For simple recurring payments, First Billing does everything for you. Once you have your customer and billing information loaded, First Billing handles everything from month to month.

Variable Recurring Payments
Once you have established your customer list, and you need to bill variable dollar amounts, you simply send in a file consisting of the transaction amount, purchase number and consumer reference number to initiate payments. Changes can be made to the database by submitting an update file or accessing your information online.

First Billing transactions are authorized once a day. You can choose to receive a response file showing the status of all authorizations, or view the information online. Maintaining information is as easy as setup through easy-to-use online access to your information. Reporting is available on settlement, payment, and transactional activity.
